Here are some important things to think about when selling your home:

  1. Risk of Overpricing which would lead to your home taking longer to sell, losing potential buyers, missing the peak selling activity, and failing to obtain financing.

  2. Effectively preparing your house for market can make a dramatic difference in how quickly it sells and in the price you obtain.

  3. The market value of your property and dealing with factors over which we have no control such as original cost, tax value and needed proceeds.

  4. What is the best obtainable price for your property and what are buyers willing to pay for your home in today’s market?

We guarantee to promote your best interests, be loyal to you, provide you with all material facts that could influence your decision . . . and we guarantee our services in writing!

Please be aware that before you sign a listing agreement with anyone, we recommend that you do not discuss the following information with any buyers or other real estate agents:

  • Reason for selling
  • Urgency to sell
  • Willingness to consider an offer less that listing price
  • Financing terms you would accept
  • Personal property you might be willing to include
  • Timing and benefits from your company (if it is a corporate relocation)
  • Any other confidential information
